E. Don Powers, 66, of Paragould passed away April 4, 2012 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. He was born February 21, 1946 at Beech Grove to Elmer and Ruth Powers. He enjoyed Flea Markets, playing the piano for churches, camping and fishing.Preceding him in death were his parents; two brothers, Troy and Chestley Powers: two sisters, Mae Block and Bertha Bearden.He is survived by two brothers, Houston and Clifton Powers; three sisters, Evelyn Steelman, Alberta Heltsley and Vi Powers.Funeral services will be 2 PM, Saturday, April 7, 2012 at Phillips Funeral Home with L. R. Smith officiating. Visitation is from 1-2 PM prior to the service. Burial will be at Union Grove Cemetery.
