Earline Childers - April 27, 2013 Earline Childers, 78, of Paragould departed this life on April 27, 2013. She was born March 8, 1935 to the late Doris Sam Marvin and Laverna Marie Cox. Earline enjoyed reading and collecting angels. She was an excellent homemaker and mother, and was a lifelong member of Lake Street Baptist Church. Preceding her in death were her parents; one daughter, Connie Steiner; two brothers, James and John Marvin; three sisters, Wilda Lenhart, Orine Marvin and Lois Irvin; and one nephew, Danny Marvin.Earline's survivors include one son, James Wren, of Paragould, AR; three daughters, Carolyn and Franklin Williams, of Ravenden, AR, Nina Cluck, of Paragould, AR and Mary Gail Berry of Georgia; two brothers, C.E. Marvin, of Arizona and G.E. Marvin, of Paragould, AR; four sisters, Wilma and Dennis Strickland, of Paragould, AR, Eyvonnie Harden, of Calfornia, Bea Nettles, of Paragould, AR and Jewell Hatfield, of Walcott; six grandchildren, Catrina Grimes, of Paragould, AR, Benjamin Williams, of Bentonville, AR, Derek Cluck, of Paragould, AR, Spencer Williams, of Ravenden, AR, Matthew Snow, of Georgia and Shaun McAllister, of Paragould, AR; one son-in-law, Johndel Breeden; there were two great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, at Phillips Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday May 1, at Lake Street Baptist Church with Wayne Faulkner and Kevin Edgar officiating. Burial will follow at New Friendship Cemetery. Serving as Pallbearers will be Lenny Edgar, Corey Clemons, Terry Mebee, Derek Cluck, Tim Myatt, Walter Forbis, Ronnie Daniels and Micheal Gates. Honorary Pallbearers will include Phillip Strickland and Ben Williams.
