Eddie Gale Forbes, 35, passed away January 20, 2017, at UAMS. He was born December 17, 1981, in Little Rock, AR, to Robert and Patricia Faye Forbes. Eddie was raised by Raymond and Judy Stormes, he was a wonderful and loving son.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Robert and Patricia Forbes; and one-half brother, Randy Lee Stormes.

Survivors include his parents, Raymond and Judy Stormes; and one-half brother, Dean Stormes.

The family will receive friends from 12-2 p.m. Friday, January 27, 2017, at Phillips Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 2 p.m. in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home.  Burial will be at Epsaba Cemetery.
