She was born July 29, 1938 in Fresno, California to the late Fred and Elnora Freeman. Mrs. Hoggard enjoyed traveling, cooking, loved her family dearly, and never met a stranger.Preceding her in death were her parents; one daughter, Denise Meier; one brother, Larry Freeman.Survivors include her husband, Denver Hoggard; one son and daughter in law, Kevin and Carmen Hoggard; four grandchildren, Sarah Meier, Josh Meier, Jansen Hoggard, Ethan Hoggard, and his wife, Chelsea.The family will receive friends Sunday, November 23, 2014 from 5:00 -8:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home, 4904 West Kingshighway, Paragould, AR. Funeral services will be Monday at 2:00 p.m. in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home with Byron Beck officiating.
