Ernest Walter Myrick, 66, of Paragould, passed away December 27, 2019.  He was born September 3, 1953, in Tomato, Arkansas.  Walter was a 1973 graduate of Greene County Tech. He was an avid fisherman and of Baptist Faith.

Walter was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Myrick; mother, Iona Dennington; brother, Darrell Myrick; and nephews, Timmie Myrick and Jamie Myrick.

Survivors include his daughter and son in law, Kimberly and Brett Durfee; grandsons, Mason and Austin Durfee all of Endicott, New York; brother, Jimmy Myrick; and sisters, Marilyn White, Carolyn Shands all of Paragould.

A private graveside service is planned for a later date.
