Euel H. "Snowball" Stanfill, 85, of Paragould, passed from this life Friday, March 31, 2017.  He was born July 6, 1931, in Leachville, to the late Fred and Mary Jane Stanfill.  Snowball was retired from Emerson Electric.  He was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Ollie Jo Stanfill; brothers, Carlton T., Leland, and Orvil Stanfill.

Survivors include one son, Joe (Judy) Stanfill, of Paragould; brothers, Carl B. (Ruth) Stanfill, of Whiteville, TN, and Junior (Jane) Stanfill, of Paragould; sister, Carolyn (Dewayne) Winn, of Paragould; grandchildren, Kimberly (Bert) Holliday, of Grovetown, GA, and Stephanie (David) Poteet, of Paragould; great grandchildren, Hanley and Hayden Holliday, of Grovetown, GA, and Preston and Lane Poteet, of Paragould; and a special friend, Wanda Carson, and her family.

The family will receive friends from noon until service time on Sunday, April 2, 2017, at Phillips Funeral Home.  Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home with Royce Boling officiating.

Hanley Holliday, Hayden Holliday, Preston Poteet, Lane Poteet, David Poteet, Rick Ward, and Tim Williams will serve as pallbearers.
