Eula HalcombFebruary 15, 1922 - March 4, 2014 Eula Dean Halcomb, 92, of Paragould, passed away March 4, 2014. She was born February 15, 1922 to Augusta and Hattie Mae Terry. Retired from General Motors, Mrs. Halcomb was a member of New Liberty Baptist Church. Her hobbies included fishing, shopping, cooking, playing cards, gardening, and especially being a grandma and spending time with family and friends. Preceding her in death were her parents; husbands, John Johnson, Tom Halcomb; son, Jack Johnson; daughter-in-law, Margaret Blakeslee; brothers, George, David, Gene, and Melvin Terry; sisters, Josephine Gardner and Rosie Dewitt.Survivors include one son, Randy Johnson of Paragould; grandchildren, Tammy and Don Perkins, Becky Schanick, Al Boitel, all of Montrose, MI, Kim and Dan Therrien of Lake Ann, MI, John and Sammie Johnson of Marmaduke, AR, Randy and Martha Johnson of Paragould, AR, Samantha and Dustin Crawford of Manila, AR; great grandchildren, Donny and Mitchell Perkins of Montrose, MI, Chris and Danny Schanick of Owosso, MI, Katrina and Doug Burtrum of Montrose, MI, Holly and Danielle Therrien of Lake Ann MI, Isaac, Logan, Cody, and Sarah Johnson of Marmaduke, AR, Cheyenne, Madison, and Brooklyn Johnson of Paragould, AR, Alaina Crawford of Manila, AR; great great grandchildren, Ayla Perkins, Reese, Jameson, and Colette Burtrum, all of Montrose, MI, Sophia and Natalie Schanick of Owosso, MI; brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Linda Terry of Paragould, AR; sister-in-law, Ailene Terry of Oak Grove, AR; The family will receive friends Thursday, March 6, 2014 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday, March 7 at 11:00 a.m. in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home with Heath Vines officiating.
