Ms. Faith Danielle Nelson was born on January 25, 2025 to Mr. Kaylon Catrell Nelson and Ms. Lesley Danielle Ham both of Paragould, Arkansas.

Faith is preceded in death by her biological grandfather Leslie Doniel Friston, great grandfather Sam Martin, great grandmother Lula Pearl Ham, great great grandmother, Birdie Mae Brown, grandmother Christine Merriweather and three uncles Robert Hall Jr, James Hall, and DeWayne Hall.

Faith Danielle Nelson departed her Earthly life on February 27, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould.

Faith leaves to cherish her precious memories her sister, Ta Ryia Todd and her brother Ty Rique Ham both of Paragould, Arkansas, grandparents, Odessa (Robert) Hall, Pamela Patterson, and Ronnie Nelson; great grandmother, Charlesella Martin; godmother, Tonya Chin all of Memphis, TN.  Six uncles: Da'savian Ham, Demarcus Nelson, Jeremy Boyd, Devin Patterson, Kameron Young, and Brandon Hall all of Memphis, TN.  Four aunties: Jalecia Ham, LaMaracle Ham, Kailynn Brown and Starsha Hall all of Memphis, TN.  A host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends Saturday, April 5, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home.
