Gary French, 49, passed away Saturday, March 31, 2018. He was born July 10, 1968, to Lester and Ruth French. Gary was an over the road truck driver and enjoyed making model trucks. He was a Baptist Faith.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lester French; and grandparents, Bryan and Nettie Parker and Samuel and Florence French.

Survivors include his mother, Ruth French; brothers and sister-in-law, Craig French, Darrell and Marsha French; sister, Ellen French; aunt, Vesta Howard; nieces and nephews, John French, Sherry French, Ezekiel French, Kaitlyn French, and T-J French; and a host of other family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 7, from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home. A procession will leave Phillips Funeral Home at 2 p.m. for a graveside service at Pine Knot Cemetery with Joshua DeMent officiating.
