Gary Wayne Millikin, 58, passed away Friday, October 13, 2017, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. He was born in Kennett, MO, August 22, 1959, to Jack and Faye Millikin. He was a member of New Haven Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his grandparents, Laymon and Katie Millikin and Earl and Dorothy Parham.

He is survived by his parents; one sister, Cheryl (Robert) Fisher; nephew, Ryan (Charity) Fisher; great nephews, Aaron and Ian Fisher; and many loving family members and friends.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 18, 2017, 10:00- 11:30 am at Phillips Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 11:30 am with Dr. Jimmy Millikin, Ron Pickney and Jack Cole officiating. Burial will be at Linwood Cemetery.
