Gene A. Sullivan, 70, of Paragould, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2019. He was born February 22, 1949, to Samuel and Opal Sullivan. Gene was an Air Force Veteran. He loved the Lord and was an elder, deacon, and usher at the Gospel Lighthouse Church in Blytheville.

Gene was preceded in death by his father; son, Chris Sullivan; and brother, John Sullivan.

Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Karen Sullivan; mother, Opal Sullivan; daughter and son in law, Hope and Kody Ledbetter; brother and sister in law, Sam and Dot Sullivan; sister and brother in law, Susan and Frank Brooks; and grandchildren, Sierra Sullivan and Alyssa Sullivan.

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 23, from 1:00 p.m. until service time at Phillips Funeral Home. A procession will leave at 2:00 p.m. for a graveside service with military honors at Linwood Cemetery with Rev. Albert Camp and Rev. John Seward officiating.
