Grady Wayne Barnett, 62, passed away on October 12, 2026. Born on December 17, 1963, Grady will be remembered as a hard-working man who deeply loved his family and lived with a strong appreciation for the things that brought him joy.

Grady devoted much of his working life to Emerson Electric, where he worked for 32 years. He later worked for Arkansas Methodist Medical Center for three years. His steady commitment to his work reflected the same dedication and reliability that shaped the rest of his life.

He loved motorcycles, especially Harley Davidson, and had a special affection for animals and dogs. These interests were a meaningful part of who he was and will remain among the many memories cherished by those who knew and loved him.

Above all, Grady was a family man. He is survived by his wife, Cindy Barnett; his mother, Pat Barnett; his sons, Harley Barnett (Katie), and Brady Barnett (Miranda); and his beloved grandchildren, Madison, Callie, Hattie, Milo, and Oliver.

He was preceded in death by his father, Alton Barnett. The love Grady shared with his family will continue to be felt in the lives he helped shape and in the memories they will carry forward.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home. The funeral service will be on Thursday, October 15, at 10:00 a.m. with Kevin Edgar officiating. The burial will be held privately.
