Huge Bland Boyd - March 23, 2013 Hugh Bland Boyd, 65, of Paragould, was born August 21, 1947 to the late Olen and Reba (Butler) Boyd. He was of the Methodist faith and enjoyed watching his granddaughter play softball. Mr. Boyd passed away March 23, 2013 at the Phil and Flo Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro.Preceding him in death were his daughter, Ashlee Boyd; his parents; and two brothers, Joe and Gerald Boyd.His survivors include the mother of his children, Connie Boyd; daughter and son-in-law, Shellie and Todd Clifford; sister and brother-in-law, Peggy and Gale Maag; and one granddaughter, Taylar Clifford.Graveside Services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 26 at Greene County Memorial Gardens with Jay Hicks officiating. Services are under the direction of Phillips Funeral Home.
