Iola Marie Wilson, 90, passed away July 16, 2011 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. She was born June 4, 1921 in Peach Orchard to E. O. and Anna Michael. She liked to garden and was a member of Fairview Baptist Church.Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Walter Amos Wilson; a son, Roger Wilson; two sisters, Blanche Michael and Ethel Grimes; three brothers, Buster, Earl and Sterle Michael.She is survived by three sons, Johnnie (Hazel) Wilson of Paragould, Michael (Debbie) Wilson and Paul Wilson all of Michigan; a daughter Stella Ladd of Corning; two brothers, John and Charles Michael both of Paragould; three sisters, Alma Fisher of Florida, Frances Newton of California and Sylvia Little of Michigan; eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.The family will receive friends 6-9 PM, Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at Phillips Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10 AM, Wednesday, July 20, 2011 in the Center Hill Chapel at Phillips Funeral Home with Dennis Strope officiating. Burial will follow at Greene County Memorial Gardens.
