Jackie Dewayne Speaks, 65, of Paragould, passed away on Monday, February 2, 2026. He was born January 17, 1961, to Gaylon and Bonnie Speaks. Jackie loved canoeing, spending a lot of time outdoors, and tending to his garden. Being such an outgoing person, He loved people and was always welcoming people into his home.

Jackie was preceded in death by his mother, Bonnie Speaks; and granddaughter, Autum Welch.

Survivors include his father, Gaylon Speaks; son, Travis Speaks; daughter, Candy Speaks; brothers, Johnny Speaks (Kathy), Bruce Weyer; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 17, from 2:30 p.m. until service time at Phillips Funeral Home. The memorial service will begin at 3:30 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home.
