James Kenneth Reeks, 90, of Paragould, passed away Friday, December, 25, 2020, at his residence.  He was born May 1, 1930, in Greene County.  Kenneth enjoyed working on his hobby farm and traveling.  He was a longtime deacon of Unity Baptist Church.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar Coy and Hazel Reeks; wife of 58 years, Mable Reeks; daughter, Karen Mason; siblings, Carolyn Hoyer, Darrell Reeks, Lowell Bateman, and Edna Starnes.

Survivors include his wife of 5 years, Ruby Reeks; son and daughter in law, Buddy and Kay Fletcher; daughter and son in law, Vanessa and Martyn Frost; son in law, Ted Mason; sister, Wilma Norman; six grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until graveside service time Monday, December 28, at Greene County Memorial Gardens.  The graveside service under the direction of Phillips Funeral will begin at 11:30 a.m. at Greene County Memorial Gardens with Don Slatton officiating.

Paul Exum and Jerry Cole will serve as honorary pallbearers.
