IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Janet Lynn
Hobbs
November 15, 1958 – January 25, 2026
Janet Lynn Hobbs, born on November 15, 1958, in Corning, Arkansas, passed away in Paragould, Arkansas, on January 25, 2026. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, whose loving spirit touched the lives of all who knew her.
Janet dedicated 25 years of her life as a Licensed Practical Nurse at St. Bernards until her retirement, exemplifying her commitment to caring for others. Her nurturing personality shone through in every aspect of her life. As a beloved member of Reynolds Baptist Church, she participated actively in her community, radiating warmth and kindness to those around her.
She enjoyed watching General Hospital. However, it was her family that truly held her heart. Janet cherished every moment spent with her husband of 46 years, Raymond Hobbs, and took immense pride in her children: son Brian and daughter-in-law Kim Biggs; daughter Ashley and son-in-law Nicholas Copas; and her daughter Brittany Hobbs. Janet's love extended to her grandchildren Beau Jones, Mason Biggs, Bailey Crum, Braydon Greer, Cindy Gonzalez, Shelby Waldron, Aria Copas, and Cordelia Copas, who all filled her life with joy. She was equally delighted to welcome her great-grandchildren: Cole Lamb, Lynnex Crum, Kendrix Crum, Keaton Crum, and Colton Greer, each of whom brought a smile to her face.
Janet is survived by her husband Raymond, her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, along with her brother Steve Wilkes and sisters Debbie Harmon (Dennis) and Dawn Sanders (Barry), and best friend, Julie Dunevant.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Alice Wilkes, and her sister Katherine Wilkes.
