Jeanette Newman, 78, of Paragould went to her Heavenly Home Sunday, June 21, 2015. She was born April 3, 1937 at Paragould to Thomas and Flossie Ezell.  Jeanette was a member of the Assembly of God Church for over 52 years.  She enjoyed teaching Sunday school.
Preceding her in death were her parents; son, Terry Newman; granddaughter, Misti Newman; great grandson, Jeremiah Newman; 4 brothers; and 4 sisters.
Jeanette is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Bill Newman; sons and daughters in law, Tommy and Janet Newman, Teddy and Beatrice Newman, Tony and Carol Newman; daughter and son in law, Mary and Carl Duningan; daughter in law, Anita Newman; 17 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
The family will receive friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, June 25, 2015, at Phillips Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 26, 2015, in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home with Carter Grindstaff and Teddy Newman officiating.  Burial will follow at Warren Chapel Cemetery.
Jeanette's grandsons and nephew will serve as pallbearers.
