Jeffery Chad Kemper, 49, of Boydsville, Arkansas, passed away at his home on Tuesday, October 26, 2021.  He was born in Jonesboro, Arkansas on December 13, 1971, to Michael and Shirley Kemper.

Jeff was a good hearted man who put his family first.  He enjoyed teasing them unmercifully.  He had a great sense of humor and a giving nature.

Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Michael Kemper; brother, David Kemper; and sons, Brad, Chad, and Tyler Kemper.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 24 years, Barbara (Barr) Kemper, son, Hunter (Renae) Kemper; daughter, Adria (Blake Boyd) Kemper; mother, Shirley Kemper; brothers, Matthew Kemper and Stephen Kemper; sister-in-law, Kerry Kemper; and the light of his life, granddaughter Caroline Kemper.

A memorial visitation will be Saturday, October 30, from noon until 2:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home.
