Jewel E. Wicker, 87, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2020. She was born October 31, 1932, to Robert and Blanche Bowman. Jewel loved her family. She worked until retiring at the Human Development Center in Jonesboro. She spent much of her life helping her husband on the farm.

Jewel was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Alvin Wicker; sons, Sammy Wicker and Dale Wicker; brothers, Charles Bowman and Tommy Bowman; and nephew, Michael Bowman.

Survivors include her grandchildren, Andy Wicker and Samantha Golden; nephew, Steve Bowman; nieces, Deniseia Mayhan, Donna Bowman, Dianna Long, Marsha Linam, and Michelle Brown; and twelve great-grandchildren.

A graveside service under the direction of Phillips Funeral Home will be held on Saturday, May 9, at 10:00 a.m. at Pine Log Cemetery with Rick Hathcoat officiating.
