Jimmie Dee "Partlow" Kelly - August 20, 2013 Jimmie Kelly, 83 passed away August 20, 2013 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. She was born June 5, 1930 in Paragould, AR to James K. and Dorothy Partlow. She was a member of Rosewood Baptist Church and loved doing crossword puzzles.Preceding her in death were her parents; one brother, Buster Partlow; and one daughter, Donna Kelly.She is survived by one son, Andy Kelly of Paragould; one brother, Charlie Partlow of Paragould; four grandchildren, Jennifer Williams, Shannon Massingale, Summer Miller and Matt Kelly; seven great grandchildren; was expecting a great great grandson in December and several loved nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends 11-1 p.m. Thursday August 22, at Phillips Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday August 22, 2013 in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home. Burial will be at Linwood Cemetery.
