Jo Ann McDonald, 78, of Paragould, passed away Friday, September 24, 2021.  She was born February 9, 1943, in Boydsville, Arkansas, to Robert and Mildred Wrather.  Jo Ann enjoyed cooking Sunday meals for her family and always had plenty to share with neighbors.  She was a talented homemaker who sewed, quilted, and canned food.  Jo Ann will be missed terribly.

Jo Ann was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Michael McDonald.

Survivors include her sons, Michael McDonald (Lynda) and Jeffrey McDonald; daughters, Shara Jo McDonald and Rhonda Blockson (Ron); siblings, Brenda Nelson (Jerry), Linda Keeling (Claude), Robert Wrather (Debbie and Kailee); and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A private family visitation will be held at Phillips Funeral Home.
