Joe Kenneth Adams, 67, of Jonesboro, passed away on Monday, March 31, 2025. He was born on December 30, 1957, to Kenneth and Barbara Adams. Joe loved to travel and was always out riding around in his Saturn sky red convertible car. He received multiple degrees in education including his masters, bachelor's, and specialist. Joe was very attentive to his mother Barbara's needs.

Joe was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Adams; and sister, Cheryl Fortenberry.

Survivors include his spouse of 35 years, Robert Windham; mother, Barbara Adams-Robb; sister, Joy Middleton (Bob); brother, Keith Adams (Carla); and his cat, Sylvester.

The family will receive friends on Monday, April 7, from 2:00 p.m. until service time at Phillips Funeral Home. The memorial service will begin at 2:30 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home.
