Joe Lee Hyde, 69, of Paragould, passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2019.  He was born November 11, 1949, to Ernest and Winona Hyde. He was an Army Veteran who served in Vietnam and Iraq.  He was a talented cabinet maker and carpenter.  Joe loved spending time with grandchildren, fishing and hunting.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife Nancy Hyde; son, Evan Joe Hyde; daughters, Angie Garrett and Samantha DePew; brother, David Hyde; sisters, Jackie Shaw, Carolyn Griggs, Tina Quinn, and Dannetta Hyde Witcher; grandchildren, Joe Lee Hyde, Lola Lee Hyde, Matthew Hamrick and Destiny Stevens.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 25, from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home. The funeral service with military honors will begin at 2:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home with Wilburn Griggs officiating.
