Joe Martin, 72, passed away December 29, 2013 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould, AR. He was born May 18, 1941 in Paragould, Arkansas to Estel and Altha Martin. Joe loved flowers and being outdoors. Preceding him in death were his parents; and a brother Jimmy Martin.His survivors include a son, Tim Martin; two daughters, Tina Madison and Tammy Martin; two brothers, Sims Martin and Mack Martin; a sister, Noma Blanton; eleven grandchildren; and nineteen great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 1, 2014 from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home. Graveside Services will follow at Pine Knott Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. with Donnie Clayton and Ada Wycoff officiating.
