John Kiley Ellington, 49, passed away on May 11, 2024, in Jonesboro, AR, surrounded by the love of his family. Born on November 10, 1974, in Paragould, AR, John spent his career at Greenbrier. His commitment to his work was paralleled only by his love for his family and his wide array of interests. An avid outdoorsman, John found peace and excitement in the natural world. Whether it was working on cars, a skill he honed with meticulous care, waiting patiently in a hunting blind, or fishing he was happiest with his hands busy and his mind clear. Above all, John was a loving husband and a devoted father. His daughter, Fredia, was the apple of his eye, and he adored every moment spent with her. John's guidance, laughter, and love shaped a world of cherished memories that will forever keep him alive in her heart.
John was preceded in death by his father, Freddie Ellington.

Survivors include his mother, Dora Ellington, daughter, Fredia Ellington; mother of his child, Amber Ellington; and cousins, Janice Judd and Patricia Judd.
