J.T. Cobb, 90, passed away December 7, 2013 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. He was born August 31, 1923 to James and Ada Cobb. He was a retired General Baptist Minister and also retired form Monroe. J.T. owned and operated Cobb Pallet Company along with Cobb Garage. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son Shayne Cobb; three sisters and four brothers.J.T. is survived by his wife, Evaline Sanders Cobb; two sons and daughters-in-law, Larry and Judy Cobb of Rector and Tim and Annette Cobb of Marmaduke; one sister, Cristola Foushee of Bloomfield, MO; six grandchildren, Cherie Kirklin and Husband Scott of Rector, Jason Cobb and wife Heather of Rector, Brad Cobb and wife Tracie of Marmaduke, Kelsey Allbritton and husband Kaleb of Paragould, Lindsey Barker and husband Eric of Marmaduke and Chance Cobb of Marmaduke and ten great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Monday, December 9, 2013 from 6 - 8 p.m. at the First General Baptist Church. Services will be Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the First General Baptist Church, with Kenny Burns and Bradley Gilbert officiating. Burial will follow at Woodland Heights Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jason Cobb, Brad Cobb, Tyler Kirklin, Scott Kirklin, Jerry Cossey and Terry Wyatt.
