J.T. Kingston, 78, of Paragould passed away Sunday, February 22, 2015 at St. Bernards Medical Center. He was born July 17, 1936 at Paragould to the late Nolan and Effie Kingston. J.T. was a member of Campground United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents.Survivors include his loving wife of 60 years, Mary Ann Kingston, of the home; sons and daughters in law, Randy and Joanna Kingston of Knobel and Ron and Laura Kingston of Paragould; daughter, Kim Nelson of Paragould; sister, Jackie Manley of Flint, MI; grandchildren, Karla Brasher, Kingston Edgar, Cason Nelson, Matt, Mark, Anna and Guinn Kingston; great grandchildren, Jade and Keely Pyland, J. Collin Edgar, Michael Edgar, Kate and Chesney Brasher, Jaylyn Hinson, and Hadley Claire Kingston.The family will receive friends from 10:00a.m. to 12:00p.m. Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at Phillips Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 12:00p.m. in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home with Eddie Harris officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Greg Trout, Sammy McDaniel, Richard Simpson, Scott Anderson, Ricky Smelser and Dennis Hammon will be serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will include Mike Kingston, Charlie Prater and Grayson Simpson. Lasting memorials may be made to Campground United Methodist Church.
