Judith A. Frank, 80, of Paragould, passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2023. She was born on May 27, 1942, to John and Mary Dick. Judy enjoyed working outside and mowing her yard. She was a kind, loving person that enjoyed having gatherings at her house with family and friends. Above all, Judy loved her children and grandchildren and would do anything for them.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Debbie Scott; son, Larry Lee Stambaugh, Jr.; and siblings, Kenny Dick, Thomas Dick, JoAnn Grigsby, Mary Lou Stanley, and Sierra Borden.

Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Jim Frank; son, Troy (Katie) Frank; daughters, Kathy (Ed) Monette, Candy (Scott) Vickers; son-in-law, Bob Scott; brother, John Dick; grandchildren, Adam Scott, Adrien Scott, Austin Scott, Alex Frank, Derek (Emy) Vickers, Becca Vickers, Ed Monette, Craig Monette, Jay Monette, Ian Smith; and great-grandchildren, Aliyah Scott, Grayson Scott, and 9 additional; and 14 great- great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Monday, April 24, from 5:00 p.m. until service time at Phillips Funeral Home. A memorial service will begin at 6:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home with Larry Ring officiating.
