Katelyn LaChrista McDaniel, 20, of Lake City, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, September 24, 2019.  She was born July 8, 1999, in Newport, Arkansas, to Timothy McDaniel and Stephanie Morgan.

Katelyn was preceded in death by her mother, Stephanie Morgan, and grandfather, Robert Bryson.

Survivors include her father, Timothy McDaniel; grandmothers, Bonnie Bryson and LaDonna Bowen; grandfather, Morris Lee; brother, Eric Johnson; sisters, Taylor Sluder, Madison Feaker, Secret Morgan, and Toni Morgan; and countless other loving family members.

A celebration of life will be Saturday, September 28, from 11 a.m. until 1p.m. at Walcott State Park, Pavilion #3.  Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Phillips Funeral Home.
