IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Kathy Annette
Baker
April 25, 1956 – December 17, 2025
Kathy Annette Baker, a cherished member of the Paragould community and a beacon of warmth and creativity, passed away on December 17, 2025, at the age of 69. Born on April 25, 1956, Kathy was a person whose life was characterized by her devotion to family, her love for arts and crafts, and her commitment to her role within the Gosnell School District.
Having retired as the administrative assistant to the superintendent of the Gosnell School District, Kathy was known for her impeccable work ethic, her organizational skills, and the caring and supportive presence she brought to the office every day.
Kathy's talents and passions extended far beyond her professional life. A gifted artist in her own right, she reveled in the world of arts and crafts.
She prided herself on being a homemaker, not merely in the traditional sense, but as someone who crafted a home full of love, laughter, and creativity. Kathy's unequivocal joy came from taking care of her family, a role she assumed with pride and happiness.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Willard and Mae (Smith) Mosley; and brother, Timothy Mosley.
Kathy is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Joel Baker; daughter, Heather Ruth (Nick); brothers, Delmer Mosley, and Robbie Mosley (Annmarie); and grandchild, Cameron Ruth; many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
A graveside service under the direction of Phillips Funeral Home will be held Saturday, December 20, at 11:00 a.m. at Shiloh Cemetery with Don Slatton officiating.
