Kathy Howard, 51, of Paragould passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2011. She was born March 12, 1959 to Jim and Rellie Allred. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.Preceding her in death are her parents.Survivors include two sons, Shane "Chop "and Amanda Harrelson and Jamie and Katrina Harrelson both of Paragould, AR; four brothers, Sonny Allred, and Larry Allred both of Jonesboro, Eugene "Bubby" Allred and Randy Allred both of Walcott; one sister, Margie "Mim" Countess of Dyersburg, TN. and four grandchildren, Macey, Hunter, Chandler and Alexis Harrelson.Graveside Services will be Friday, 2:00PM at Liberty Cemetery with Rusty McMillon officiating.Visitation will be from 6-8PM, Thursday at Phillips Funeral Home.Pallbearers will be Brian Allred, Robby Arnold, Edward Allred, Tony Vandergriff, Boyce Cate and Dustin Clouse.
