Kay Lewallen, 72, of Paragould, passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2019. She was born October 6, 1947, to Thurman and Louise Thompson. Kay worked for Richard Foster at Payless and then at Turner Dairy until her retirement. She was a member of New Haven Baptist Church.

Kay was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Bob Lewallen; son and daughter in law, Bobby and April Lewallen; brothers and sisters in law, Leon Thompson, Darrell and Kathy Thompson, Randy Thompson, Kenny and Kathy Thompson; and grandchild on the way, Jordan Lewallen.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 15, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home. The funeral service will be on Saturday, November 16, at 11:00 a.m. in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home with Ron Pickney officiating. Burial will follow at Harvey's Chapel Cemetery.

Shawn Lenderman, Travis Thompson, Michael Graves, Sky Thompson, Keith Graves, Shannon Dicus, and Michael Dicus will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers include Bobby Lewallen, Richard Foster, Kenny Thompson, Shane May, and Randy Thompson.
