Keith Allen Caldwell, 49, of Paragould passed away September 1, 2015.  He was born November 6, 1965 to Sidney Caldwell and Dolly Rice.

Preceding Keith in death was his father; and one brother, Carson.

Survivors include his mother; son, Andrew Lamar; daughter, Emma Caldwell; two brothers; and three sisters.

A memorial service will be 6:00 p.m., Friday, September 4, 2015, in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home.
