Kelly Lynn Bales, 57, of Paragould, passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2019. He was born January 14, 1962, to Dewayne B. and Jessie Mae Bales. Kelly loved to fish and spending time outdoors. He loved gardening in his spare time.

Kelly was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Warren, Ronnie and twin brother, Kevin.

Survivors include his wife, Debra Bales; brother and sister in law, Stephen and Jane Bales of Jonesboro.
