Obituary

Kenneth R. Burrow, a cherished member of the Paragould community and a man of unwavering faith, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2025, at the age of 77. Born on May 1, 1948, in Shreveport, Louisiana, Kenneth was a man whose life was marked by a deep love for his family, his church, and the rich tapestry of American history.

A devout member of the Commissary Church of Christ, Kenneth lived his faith through service and fellowship. He was a familiar face at church events, always ready with a kind word and a helping hand. His commitment to his church community was unwavering, and his absence will be deeply felt by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Kenneth's passion for automobiles was more than just a hobby; it was a bond that he shared with his sons. Together, they lovingly restored a 1968 Buick Riviera, a project that brought them closer and created memories that will be treasured forever. In addition to his love for cars, Kenneth had an avid interest in history, particularly the Civil War and World War II.

Kenneth's legacy is not only in the projects he completed or the knowledge he shared, but in the warmth and generosity he extended to everyone he met. He was a man who knew the value of hard work, the importance of faith, and the joy of simple pleasures. His laughter was contagious, his advice was sought after, and his presence was a comfort.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Durward and Ruby Burrow.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Naomi (Colvin) Burrow; sons, Steve Burrow (Sherry Morton) and Kris Burrow (Kristy); brother, Gerald Burrow (Linda); grandchildren, Nikki Cook (B.J.), Erin Peace (Zach), and Brieanna Burrow (Jackson Lewallen); and great-grandchildren, Kyleigh Spoor, Kayden Burrow, Blaise Marshall, and Harper Peace.

The family would like to send a special thanks to Selena Horton, Amanda Looney, and other caregivers.

Services will be announced at a later date.
