Kenneth Leroy Fortney, 74, of Paragould, passed away on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. He was born April 21, 1951, to Russell and Lacona Fortney. Kenneth loved listening to music and cooking. In his spare time, he enjoyed shopping and above all, he loved spending time with his family.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Laura Fortney; sons, Dwayne Fortney (Christy) and Jeff Fortney; stepson, Craig Mitchell (Melaine); daughter, Malinda Blakeley (Aaron); stepdaughters, Paula Stewart (Roger), Julie Mitchell, Donna Horner (Mark), and Darey Cummings; brothers, Steven Pearson and Junior Fortney; sisters, Patty Attaberry and Kathy Coleson; grandchildren, Mary Durkin, Anthony Fortney, Livvy Fortney, PJ Fortney, Craig Mitchell, Jr., Terry Joe Mitchell, Rachael Fletcher, Jacob Blakeley (Cheyenne), Chelby Morris (Josiah), William Altenberge, Mitchelle Altenberge, Jason Mitchelle, Candace Williams (Lesley), Brad Fletcher (Heather), Shawn O'Grady (Cora), and Delaney O'Grady; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
