Larry Coy Betts, 75, of Paragould, passed away Friday, December 30, 2022.  He was born April 14, 1947, in Hope, Arkansas, to Coy and Dorothy Betts.  Larry proudly served in the United States Air Force.  He was a welder at A.R.I. for 25 years.  Larry loved his truck and enjoyed riding horses.  Larry was a hard working family man.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents; son, Jerry Coy Betts; daughter-in-law, Sandra Lee Betts; and granddaughter, Olivia Ford.

Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Glenda Betts; children, Jennie Southard, Richard Allan Betts, Sr., Darrea Ford, Amanda and Chad Pillow, and Jesse Colton Ford; siblings, Linda Johnson, Michael Betts, and Shevella Mossinger; grandchildren, Linda Sue Cook, Michael Steven Betts, Ricky Betts, Jake Betts, Brody Betts, Jessica Betts, Brian Ford, Kaylee Cook, Kameron Cook, Phoebe (Zach) Newman, Laci Cook, Ava Ford, Karson Betts, and Sunshine Pillow; and great-grandchildren, P.J. Baggett, River Ford, Dusty Betts, Jude Betts, Delilia Betts, and Sawyer Newman.

The family will receive friends Monday, January 2, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home.
