Obituary

Linda Kay Leach Wagner was born February 1st, 1946, in Paragould, AR. She grew up in Cardwell, MO, daughter of Ozro & Ollie Leach. She had four siblings, Bill Leach, Jim Leach, Darlene Casinger, and a young baby sister who died in infancy.

She married John Wagner on June 5, 1964. They had 61 years of marriage & two sons: John William Wagner and Chadwick Wagner. They had 8 grandchildren & 8 Great-Grandchildren.

Linda has had many chapters in her life: from Navy wife, to cake maker, to a school bus driver. As a navy wife, she has lived on both coasts of the United States. As a cake maker, she took part in making Paragould's 100-year anniversary cake by taking the lead in making a 100ft long cake! As a school bus driver, she has positively impacted many young lives and developed life-long friendships.

Linda has travelled to almost every one of the US states and even to Tanzania, Africa. She loved camping in her RV and always kept it well-stocked and ready for the next camping trip. Linda always liked being the life of the party and was always full of jokes and sarcasm which endeared her to many.

The family will receive friends Saturday, April 25, from 2:00 p.m. until service time at Phillips Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 3:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home with Chad Wagner officiating. Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery.

Jared Maggard, Tony Closson, Drew Wagner, Andrew Hitchock, Dakota Crossno, and Jonah Wagner will serve as pallbearers.
