Linda Ruth (Blanton) McKim - August 5, 2013 Linda Ruth Blanton McKim, 82, passed away Sunday, August 5, 2013 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born June 21, 1931 in Michie, Tennessee to Harrison (H.L.) and Leona Blanton. A long-time resident of Paragould, she was retired from Archer Daniels Midland after 18 years as a riverboat cook. Linda is preceded in death by her parents; son, Kenny Finch; sisters, Mary Mothershed and Carolyn Cupp, and grandson Aaron Barnhardt. She is survived by her son Paul Barnhardt and wife Cindy of Alma, Arkansas; son, Jimmy Richardson of Paragould; sister, Clara Tatum of Mountain Home, Arkansas; four grandsons and six great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be Saturday, August 10, 2013 at Phillips Funeral Home in Paragould. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 am with services starting at 11. Kevin Edgar will officiate.
