Linda Vaughn-Jones, 60, passed away at St. Bernard's on June 28, 2017. She was born July 14, 1956, to Lou and Jerry Songer in Paragould, AR. Linda loved arranging flowers for her family, friends and her co-workers. She enjoyed going shopping, especially for jewelry. Watching John Wayne westerns and Say Yes to the Dress were among her favorite pastimes. Linda cherished her time spent at home with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Songer.

Survivors include her husband, Steven Jones; mother, Lou Songer; son and daughter in law, Brad and Kate Vaughn; daughter and son in law, Christi and Shannon Sims; a brother and sister in law, Terry and Diane Songer; two grandchildren, Brooke Rosten and Madison Sims; one great grandchild, Kynslee Rosten; niece and nephew, Brian and Lacey Songer; one great niece, Ella Songer; and a Yorkie dog, Princess.

The family will receive friends Friday, June 30, from 6-8 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday, July 1, at 10 a.m. in the Center Hill Chapel of Philips Funeral Home of Paragould AR. Burial will follow at Brown's Chapel Cemetery with Terry Songer Officiating.

Pallbearers will be Brian Songer, Shannon Sims, Carl Boozer, Ryan Boozer and Brad Vaughn.
