Loie Donald Fraine, Jr., 67, passed away on January 19, 2023. He was born March 2, 1955. Loie was an Army Veteran.
He was preceded in death by his father, Loie Donald Fraine, Sr. and brother, Kenneth "Kenny" Carl Fraine.
Survivors include his mother, Virginia "Mickey" Hickson Fraine; siblings, Randy Lavell Fraine, Stephen Ray Fraine; children, Terry Joe Crow (Misty Dawn), Mariah Jayde Fraine-Wiseman (Tommy Richard); grandchild, Michael VanRossum, William Rydar Davis and Tommy Lee Wiseman; and girlfriend of 22 years, Linda English.
