Lowell Wayne Shelby was born in Parma, Missouri on April 7, 1953, to Lowell Jacob and Mary Shelby. He was a member of Edmonson Baptist Church in Lincoln, Missouri and enjoyed fishing. Mr. Shelby passed away December 4, 2012.Preceding him in death were his father; stepfather Blankey Blankinship; son-in-law and best friend Joe Scallion.Survivors include; his spouse Celesta Shelby; a son Quinton Shelby of Huntsville, Alabama; daughter Mandy Scallion-Bennett and son-in-law David Bennett and two grandchildren Morgan and Jacob Scallion; one brother Boy Blankinship; his mother and sister Sharon Shelby. The family will receive guests from 10:00 - 11:00 Friday, December 7 at Edmonson Baptist Church in Lincoln, Missouri with Rex Green officiating. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00. Burial will follow at Edmonson Cemetery. Celesta, I am so sorry to here about your loss.
