Mabel Mae Reeks - July 25, 2013 Mabel Mae Reeks, 86, of Paragould, passed away Thursday, July 25, 2013. She was born March 3, 1927 in Walcott, AR to Fred and Daisy Price. Mrs. Reeks loved quilting, sewing and canning and was a long time member of Unity Baptist Church.Preceding her in death were her parents and three brothers, Carrol, Cleo and Homer Price.Her survivors include her husband, James Kenneth Reeks; one son, Buddy (Kay) Fletcher; two daughters, Karen (Ted) Mason of Michigan and Vanessa (Martyn) Frost of California; one sister, Martha Anderson; six grandchildren, Christy Himshoot, Kelly Shaddy, Justin Fletcher, James Seeley, Spencer and Morgan Frost and seven great grandchildren.The family will receive friends Saturday, July 27, 2013 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 PM in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home with Tracy Archibald officiating. Burial will follow at Greene County Memorial Gardens.
