Mary Agnes Bailey - January 28, 2013 Mary Agnes Bailey, 69 of Paragould, passed away Monday, January 28, 2013. She was born November 18, 1943 in Bragg City, Missouri to the late Fred and Pearl Burns. Preceding her in death were her life partner, Ondie LD Mitchell; two brothers, Wesley and Dewitt Burns; one sister, Jessie Whitley. Survivors include five children, Elmeda Drope, Freddie Simpson, Robert Bailey, Ronald Bailey, and Rodney Mitchell; two brothers, Tommy and Jerry Burns; twelve grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 30 from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. Funeral Services will follow the visitation in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Linwood Cemetery.
