Mary Lee Carmickle, 73, of Paragould, passed away Monday, February 21, 2022.  She was born May 6, 1948, in Nimmons, Arkansas, to Ira and Myrtle Gage.  Mary loved animals and deer hunting.  She enjoyed begin outdoors and loved the lake.  Mary was of Pentecostal faith.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Russell Carmickle.

Survivors include her brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Kathy Gage; sister and brother-in-law, Janie and Jim McMurtry; and a host of family and friends.

The family will receive friends Friday, February 25, from 1:00 p.m. until service time at Phillips Funeral Home.  The funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home with Tommy Newman officiating.  Burial will follow at Finch Cemetery.

Matt Gage, Ian Cox, Derick Cox, Wes Phenis, James Gage, and Michael Barnes will serve as pallbearers.
