Max R. RedwineMarch 7, 1921 - January 4, 2015 Max R. Redwine, 93, of Paragould passed away Sunday, January 4, 2015 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. He was born March 7, 1921 at Maynard, AR to Horace and Pearle Redwine. Max was a World War II Navy Veteran. He served in the Pacific. He retired from First National Bank as an Agriculture Loan Officer. He enjoyed raising cattle on his farm and loved to travel. Max was a member of Center Hill Church of Christ.Preceding him in death were his parents; brother, Kern Redwine; sister, Nema Hughes; and first wife, Geneva Redwine. Survivors include his wife, Shirley Redwine of the home; son and daughter in law, Denis A. and Patricia Redwine of Houston, TX; daughter, Janis R. Holder of Paragould;step son, Randy Blanton of Paragould; step daughters and sons in law, Sharlene and Scott Giles of Paragould and Janet and Marty Blankenship of Paragould; brother, Bruce C. Redwine of Marmaduke, AR; fourteen grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.A graveside memorial service with military honors will be 1:00p.m., Thursday, January 15, 2015, at Maynard Cemetery in Pocahontas with Michael Meredith officiating.
