Melinda Lee Eubanks, 52, of Beech Grove, Arkansas, passed away February 20, 2014 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born February 12, 1962 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Jose DeLaRosa and Sally Harper. Melinda enjoyed being around horses and horseback riding.Preceding her in death was her father, Jose DeLaRosa.Her survivors include her mother, Sally Harper; husband, Roy Eubanks; son and daughter-in-law, Eric and Charlene DeLaRosa; daughters, Kelly and April Hatfiled; three brothers, Eric, Terry, and Gary; three sisters, Rose, Sally, and Janet; nine grandchildren.The family will receive friends Sunday, February 23 at Phillips Funeral Home from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Memorial services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home with Father Mike Sinkler officiating.
