Michael Ray "Trapper" Brewer, born on May 21, 1952, in Jonesboro, AR, went to be with his Lord on June 5, 2018, at Continued Care Hospital in Jonesboro. He was of Full Gospel Faith. Mike loved to fish, hunt, and study the Bible. He had been disabled for many years and called Sunshine Manor in Paragould, his home. He loved all of his Sunshine friends, especially close to pat Buchanan, and they all loved him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Brewer, who was his fishing and hunting buddy; his beloved mother, Ora Lee Brewer; and sister, Janice Smith.

Survivors include two sisters, Barbara Dearin (Tom) and Darlene Nelson (Tony); two children, Wesley Brewer of Jonesboro and Wendy McCaslin of California; nephews, Shane Taylor, Brannon Taylor, Kyle Nelson, Ryan Harris, Joshua Harris, and Ted Dearin; and many, many friends.

Phillips Funeral Home, in Paragould, AR, has been entrusted with the service. The will be no public service and will be buried in private, according to his wishes.
