Mona Lisa (Shelton) Phillips, 61 of Ward, AR passed away on November 16, 2023.  She was born on November 23, 1961, to Thomas and Virginia (West) Shelton and grew up in Light, AR.  She loved painting, reading and watching horror movies and enjoyed time at the beach with loved ones.  She was preceded in death by her parents and spouse Bobbie Phillips of Ravenden, AR and her beloved dogs, Sunni and Cody.
Survivors include her son, Grayson Shelton of Rogers, AR, sisters: Lora (Jeff) Chalpan of Tampa, FL, Shirley (Russ) Leath of Livingston, TX, Shelia Thomazine (Terry) Millay of Paragould, AR, and nieces and nephews, Riley Millay, Sadie Millay and Colton Millay.
She was loved and will be missed.  A family memorial service will be held at a later date.
